The Eradication
By I Don’t Know
Part 1
The travel has always been lonely
I can’t believe I signed up for this
It’s been two long years on this ship
All by myself, cold just like the outside
This better be worth my trip
As I continue my trip
I feel lonelier by the day
I wish i could just go home
See my family
See my friends
But I can’t do that now
At least not until my mission is done
The day finally comes where I reach the planet
I don’t know how to feel
Relieved
Exhausted
Or just ready to leave already
I step out of the ship
Part 2
When I step out I see
What appears to be a colony
A slimy Green guy walks up to me
His smile almost disturbing
His eyes looked barley connected to his face
I wish I could leave already
This place makes me nervous
I ask the little slime guy what planet I was on
Just to confirm I was in the right place
He told me just what I wanted to hear
I was indeed on what people back home liked to call
Earth plan B
It was really just a far away planet that we assigned
Letters and numbers to but it was our best bet
At Survival
The little slim guy tries to permanently attach himself to me
I rip him off before he can and put him in a jar
When everyone else gets here
They’ll want to run experiments
And most likely eradicate all other life here
