“In Space, No One?”
Last week’s episode of Alien: Earth was a bit of a down episode. I was not a fan of it. I mean, it had some moments, but there just was not much that grabbed my attention.
Boy did this week make up for it.
This episode took us back to the Maginot, the ship that crashed in Prodigy territory, filled with aliens, and we discover what events led to Morrow sending the ship into its downward spiral.
This was remarkably creepy and frightening as we get a potpourri of alien creatures, including the Xenomorph that was running around in the first week’s episodes.
There are some horrendous deaths from a couple of the characters, of which we know are all doomed. It was filled with some excellent tension and anxiety.
This was considerably better than last week and it helped recapture the excitement I had for this series after the first week of dual episodes.
