T-800 (Terminator 2: Judgment Day)

TV or Movie: Terminator 2: Judgment Day

Actor: Arnold Schwarzenegger

Time of Death: July 3, 1991

Cause of Death: Lowered into pit of molten metal

Admittedly, the T-800 had several deaths over the run of the Terminator franchise, but this is the best one. It was at his own hand in order to prevent any of his technology to fall into the hands of Skynet. It was an emotional moment as T-800 had bonded with young John Connor after protecting him from the T-1000. Making the T-800 into the hero of Terminator 2 was a gutsy move after it was an unstoppable killing machine in the original film. Schwarzenegger parlayed this into a huge career for himself.
