Jack Shephard (LOST)

“If we can’t live together, we’re going to die alone.”

“We have to go back!”

TV or Movie: LOST

Actor: Matthew Fox

Time of Death: Season finale of LOST “The End”; May 23, 2010

Cause of Death: stabbed in the abdomen and side by the Man in Black.

Dr. Jack Shephard went from the “Man of Science” to the Protector of the Island. After killing the Man in Black, Jack had to go into the Source of the Island to replace the stone cork to restore the Island’s light. Jack ended up dying in the jungle as the remaining survivors escaped on the plane. The final shot of the series focused in on Jack’s eye as it closed, much like the first shot where we see Jack’s eye open.
